FAQs

What is included?

Each package combines medical support and nutrition education tailored to your reset goals. You will have a range of visits with Megan and/or our Holistic Nutritionist, Taylor, depending what your needs are - all of these visits are virtual. Some packages include a lab credit, which will be drawn at a quest near you. You will also gain access to a private video channel with functional medicine protocols for various issues. This is adjunctive, alternative medicine and an outside PCP is recommended.

How long are packages?

Packages typically span eight to sixteen weeks, depending on the tier and your personal needs. After your package, you will be given an option for membership to stay under Megan's care.

Can I switch packages?

Yes, you can upgrade your package as you progress, ensuring your wellness journey stays aligned with your goals. You cannot downgrade package levels after the second visit. Memberships require a 6mo commitment so our practice can stay small and intentional.

Supplements are available through our integrated store, tailored to your package needs. Megan tailors medicine to each person, so supplements cannot be included in packages or it wouldn't be individualized care. However, she is including a discount to make high quality supplements more accessible.

How do I book?

Can I use insurance?

Short answer: no. Megan's got beef with insurance companies. Long answer: Megan is happy to print itemized receipts for health-share plans. Also, your insurance company might cover labs if drawn at quest. If so, you can use your lab credit towards personal training or private pilates lessons if you are local, or towards a specialty lab like a hormone or micronutrient test if you prefer.

HSA/FSA is accepted.

Payment plans are also offered.

Can Megan write prescriptions if needed?

Yes. Megan leans heavily on natural medicine and herbs, but if prescriptions are necessary, she is happy to do that for you; however, she will not be prescribing controlled substances like opioids.
